Ready to Learn How To Meditate?
Learning how to meditate is simple *and* it’s a practice. We often ‘prescribe’ meditation to our clients as a way to manage stress, improve sleep, and increase their vitality.
If you are ready to begin meditating and have questions about where to start, please rewatch the three-part Introduction to Meditation series (part of our 12 Days of Mindfulness Challenge), including Angela Gala and Guru Ranjit, founder of Charlotte Meditation.
While quieting our minds is easier said than done, it is something you will achieve more easily and more quickly if you practice meditation every day. As Angela says, it’s like going to the gym – if you only went once a month, all you would have is sore muscles once a week. If you went to the gym 4 or 5 days a week, you would see a change in your strength and stamina at the end of a month. The same holds true for your “meditation muscles.”
To learn how to meditate, all you need is you, your breath, and 5 – 10 minutes a day. Plus, it’s FREE! Angela and Guru Ranjit make meditation approachable to everyone who wants to learn – check out the videos below.
Whether you are new to meditation or have a seasoned practice – we can help support you in reaching your optimal health. Schedule your free 15 minute consult with triple board-certified Dr. Carlos Jorge today.
