Longevity Med Summit, Lisbon

In May 2025, Carlos Jorge, MD presented at the Longevity Med Summit in Lisbon, Portugal, an international gathering of more than 1,000 longevity doctors, healthcare innovators, investors, and wellness experts from 41 countries.

During his presentation, "Chronic Disease, Aging and Longevity: Day-to-Day Clinician Approach," Carlos examined the link between aging and chronic disease and shared practical tools for early detection and prevention. Drawing on two decades in functional medicine, he emphasized nutrition, sleep, stress management, and evidence-backed supplements as the foundation for extending healthspan and improving client outcomes.
