Nutramax Employee Wellness Series

From 2023 through 2025, Nutramax Laboratories engaged Companion Health each year to deliver a customized employee wellness education series. Sessions were held in person at the company's headquarters in Lancaster, South Carolina, with satellite locations joining virtually, reaching more than 800 employees from factory teams to the C-suite.

Led by Nathalie Jorge and Carlos Jorge, MD with the Companion Health coaching team, the program included nine sessions over three years, each tailored to the company's diverse workforce and evolving health priorities. Topics included cardiovascular disease prevention, hypertension, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and habit formation. Sessions often combined live demonstrations, Q&A, and practical takeaways, giving employees at every level accessible tools to improve their health and well-being.
