During his presentation, "Aging and Longevity: How to Maximize Your Healthspan," Carlos examined the science of aging: what it is, why it happens, and how we can extend the years we live in good health. He discussed the relationship between cardiovascular health, inflammation, and longevity, and shared practical takeaways from Blue Zones research. The lively Q&A that followed covered topics such as NMN, hormones, and bone loss, reflecting the group's deep engagement with the subject.
