Companion Health's Healthy Green Smoothie

An easy way to ingest greens with a smoothie that's packed with antioxidants and flavor

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 Large kale leaves, including stalks
  • 1 cup Packed fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 stalk Celery
  • 1/2 cup Parsley including stems
  • 1 cup Frozen peaches, pineapple, or mango
  • Fresh ginger (we like to include a lot!)
  • 1 Juice from one lemon
  • 4 oz. Coconut water
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 4-8 oz. Filtered water

Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender (We like the Vitamix)

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend to desired consistency.
