Companion Health, PLLC is a private concierge functional medicine clinic that combines the best of conventional medicine with functional medicine to help our clients live healthier, more joyful lives. We are committed to guiding our clients on highly personalized, transformative health journeys, and we are looking for an energetic client concierge to join our small, collaborative on-site team.

Requirements:

• Active in-state RN license with no restrictions
• Clinical experience at least 1-2 years (ED, ICU, or urgent care preferred)
• This position requires IV and phlebotomy experience
• Desire to be a part of our clients’ holistic health journeys on a very personal level
• Passionate about health and wellness and dedication to help others achieve it
• COVID-19 vaccination

Because we are a fast growing start-up, no day with us is exactly the same. Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Greeting clients by name, taking their vitals, completing EKGs
• Mixing and administering IVs (must be proficient in IV insertion)
• Drawing and processing client labs
• Collecting point of care labs (Flu tests, strep tests, COVID testing)
• Responding to phone calls, emails, and texts with clients and providers to ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner
• Coordinating with providers to get client medications refilled
• Submitting prior authorizations for clients to coordinate care
• Anticipating client needs and going the extra mile to make their experience extraordinary (offering beverages, snacks, blanket, etc.)

Position Skills and Qualifications

• Organized with attention to detail
• People person with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good with multi-tasking, problem solving, and shifting priorities (flexible)
• Proficient computer, technology, phone system, and data entry skills
• Works well with multiple providers/personalities and is available to work on site (not remotely)
• Knows when to take initiative and when to take direction or ask for help
• Excellent sense of humor
• Punctual and flexible with schedule changes
• Spanish speaking a benefit but not required
