Anna’s personal philosophy centers on the idea that the body is working for us, not against us, and with the right protocols, miraculous transformations are possible. She is dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health through lifestyle changes.
With an undergraduate and master’s degree in accounting, Anna spent a decade in corporate banking. Her personal health journey, which began with the pressures of a demanding career, led her to seek alternative health solutions and ultimately inspired her to become a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
Anna also holds a 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certification and integrates yoga principles into her health coaching, emphasizing the mind-body connection to help clients achieve balance and wellness.
Her journey from experiencing anxiety and low energy to reclaiming her vitality through integrative wellness fuels her commitment to guide others toward achieving optimal health and fulfilling their life’s mission.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, attending fitness classes, and spending time with friends and family, including her husband, son, and their dog.
