Elizabeth approaches health through a lens that many people overlook: the quiet but powerful influence of the environment, daily habits, and the spaces we live in.
Her path into this work wasn’t linear. After earning a degree in Communications and Marketing and building a successful career in advertising, Elizabeth found herself drawn back to a question that had stayed with her since college: how do the choices we make every day shape how we feel long term?
That question became personal. As a mother, she began looking more closely at the environments her family was living in and the habits that shaped their health. What started as curiosity turned into action, leading a Healthy Kids Program at her children’s school, coaching Girls on the Run, and eventually becoming a Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Elizabeth went on to deepen her expertise through focused study on environmental toxins and their impact on the body, while also building wellness-based businesses that helped individuals make practical, sustainable changes in their homes. Her work is grounded in a simple but often overlooked truth: supporting health isn’t just about what we add in, but what we remove.
Her time as a Programs Manager at a local nonprofit further shaped her perspective, giving her a deeper understanding of how environment, access, and life circumstances all intersect to influence wellbeing.
Today, Elizabeth helps individuals cut through the noise and take a more thoughtful, manageable approach to their health, one that feels realistic, grounded, and aligned with how they actually live.
Outside of her work, Elizabeth enjoys studying languages, gardening, and staying active through yoga, strength training, and long walks. She especially values time spent with her husband, their two adult children, friends, and their dog, Nala.
