Tricia understands what it takes to stay the course.

An endurance athlete with more than 40 marathons and ultramarathons behind her, she has spent years learning both physically and mentally what it means to build strength over time, push through plateaus, and keep moving forward when things get hard. That perspective shapes the way she works with every client.

Her path into health and wellness began outside of healthcare, with a decade spent in the financial sector. But even then, she felt a pull toward more meaningful, person-centered work. That shift became clear when she discovered endurance sports in her twenties, an experience that ultimately led her into coaching, where she could combine her love of movement with her desire to help others reach their goals.

After the birth of her two children, Tricia deepened her expertise, earning her M.S. in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University with a focus on Health Promotion and Education. She became a certified personal trainer and went on to become a Wellcoaches Certified Health and Well-Being Coach and later achieved board certification as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

Tricia has worked with clients across every stage of life, from kids in after-school running programs to older adults navigating the unique demands of aging, along with beginners finding their footing and athletes training for Ironman and ultra-endurance events. That range isn’t incidental. It reflects a coaching philosophy grounded in meeting people exactly where they are.

She helps clients build sustainable habits, develop resilience, and create forward momentum in a way that feels both challenging and achievable.

Outside of her work, Tricia remains deeply connected to her local community through youth running programs and enjoys staying active with her husband and children.
